This conversion can be somewhat reduced by use of aromatase inhibitors such as Cytadren, and/or the effects of the estradiol produced may be blocked in many tissues, including the hypothalamus and breast tissue, by Clomid.

Viagra comes as a tablet to take it orally. It should be taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity. However, Viagra can be taken anytime from 4 hours to 30 minutes before sexual activity.

Viagra should not be taken more than once a day. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

Although it does not turn out to be 100% effective for everyone, it does seem to exhibit some level of effectiveness for the majority. It works so well for some bodybuilders they can take drugs like Anadrol right up to a contest as long as they stack it with Nolvadex. It would seem wise to take this drug in conjunction with any steroid cycle. Most reported a dosage of 10 mg to 20 mg daily got the job done. Availability of Nolvadex has been fair on the black market.

Bodybuilders and powerlifters,

in particutar, like Oxandrolone for three reasons. First, Oxandrolone causes a strong strength gain by stimulating the phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscle cell without depositing liquid (water) in the joints and the muscles. Powerlifters and weightlifters who do not want to end up in a higher weight class take advantage of this since it allows them to get stronger without gaining body weight at the same time. The combination of Oxandrolone and 20-30 mg Holotestin daily has proven to be very effective since the muscles also look harder. Similarly good results can be achieved by a simultaneous intake of Oxandrolone and 120-140 mcg

Clenbuterol per day. Although Oxandrolone itself does not cause a noticeable muscle growth it can clearly improve the muscle-developing effect of many steroids. Deca Durabolin, Dianabol (D-bol), and the various testosterone compounds, in particular, combine well with Oxandrolone to achieve a "mass buildup" because the strength gain caused by the intake of these highly tissue-developing and liquid-retaining substances results in an additional muscle mass. A stack of 200 mg Deca Durabolin/week, 500 mg Testoviron Depot (e.g. Testoviron Ethanate 250)/week, and 25 mg Oxandrolone/day leads to a good gain in strength and mass in most athletes. Deca

Durabolin has a distinct anabolic effect and stimulates the synthesis of protein; Oxandrolone improves the strength by a higher phosphocreatine synthesis; and Testoviron Depot inereases the aggressiveness for the workout and accelerates regeneration.

World wide "Deca" is one of the most widely used anabolic steroids. Its popularity is due to the simple fact that it exhibits many very favorable properties. Structurally nandrolone is very similar to testosterone, although it lacks a carbon atom at the 19th position (hence its other name 19-nortestosterone).

The resulting structure is a steroid that exhibits much weaker androgenic properties than testosterone. Of primary interest is the fact that nandrolone will not break down to a more potent metabolite in androgen target tissues. You may remember this is a significant problem with testosterone. Although nandrolone does undergo reduction via the same (5-alpha reductase) enzyme that produces DHT from testosterone, the result in this case is dihydronandrolone. This metabolite is weaker than the parent nandroloness, and is far less likely to cause unwanted androgenic side effects. Strong occurrences of oily skin, acne, body/facial hair growth and

hair loss occur very rarely. It is however possible for androgenic activity to become apparent with this as any steroid, but with nandrolone higher than normal doses are usually responsible.

The workup and treatment of candidates for Clomid therapy should be supervised by physicians experienced in management of gynecolic or endocrine disorders. Patients should be chosen for therapy with Clomid only after careful diagnostic evaluation.

Proscar / Finasteride

Boldenone undecyclenate is a very popular steroid. Boldenone is only available legally at a veterinarian clinic. Boldenone is a highly anabolic, moderately androgenic steroid. For this very reason, Boldenone is typically taken in a stack with other steroids like Testosterone if you are on a mass cycle or perhaps with Winstrol if you are on a cutting cycle. The main benefit of taking Boldenone (Equipoise) is that Boldenone increases protein synthesis in the muscle cells. This effect of Boldenone is very similar to what you would experience while taking Anavar.

On the U.S.

black market one of the most popular preparations as of late is the new Boldenon 200 from Tokyo. This is the highest dosed version of this steroid ever produced, and is likewise in very high demand right now. This is of course a tremendous improvement over the 25 and 50mg products circulating exclusively just a couple of years ago. Before the Ttokkyo product Denkall had introduced us to the 100mg version of their Ultragan product, which remains a popular and trusted item on the black market today. Ganabol from Middle and South America is also common, and is typical sold in 50 ml vials. However this steroid is also produced in 10, 100, and 250 ml

versions. Available in both 25 and 50 mg/ml version, one would look for a large "50" on the label indicating the stronger product. Equi-gan and Maxigan from Mexico are also common as of late, and are acceptable. A 50ml vial of either usually sells for $250-300 on the black market. Unfortunately the weaker 25mg/ml products are usually very close in price.

A weight gain of 2-4 pounds per week in the first six weeks is normal with Dianabol. The additional body weight consists of a true increase in tissue (hyper-trophy

of muscle fibers) and, in particular, in a noticeable retention of fluids. Dianabol aromatizes easily so that it is not a very good drug when one works out for a competition. Excessive water retention and aromatizing can be avoided in most cases by simultaneously taking Nolvadex and Proviron so that some athletes are able to use Dianabol until three to four days before a competition.

A number of reports have documented diazepam causing interstitial nephritis, although this is considered a rare adverse effect.

Danabol / Dianabol comes as a tablet containing 10 mg. methandienone, to take by mouth. Since the half time of

dianabol is only 3.2 - 4.5 hours, application at least twice a day is necessary to achieve an even concentration of methandienone in the blood. In order to avoid possible gastrointestinal pain, it is recommended to take the tablets be taken during meals.

Insulin is a hormone which is manufactured in the pancreas and which has a number of important physiological actions in the body. It is an essential hormone in maintaining the body's blood glucose level so that the brain, muscles, heart and other tissues are adequately supplied with the fuel they require for normal cellular metabolism and normal function. Insulin also plays an essential

role in fat and protein metabolism. For example, it promotes transport of amino acids from the bloodstream into muscle and other cells. Within these cells, insulin increases the rate of incorporation of amino acids into protein (amino acids are the building blocks of protein) and reduces protein break down in the body ("catabolism"). These physiological actions probably form the basis of speculation regarding the additional anabolic gains which might be made through the use of exogenously administered insulin.

Those looking for greater bulk would be better served by adding an oral like Anadrol 50В® or Dianabol, combinations

which prove to be nothing less than dramatic. If the athlete wishes to use a testosterone yet retain a level of quality and definition to the physique, an injectable anabolic like DecaDurabolinВ® or EquipoiseВ® may prove to be a better choice. Here we can use a lower dosage of enanthate, so as to gain an acceptable amount of muscle but keep the buildup of estrogen to a minimum. Of course the excess estrogen that is associated with testosterone makes it a bulking only drug, producing too much water (and fat) retention for use near contest time.

Should a significant overdose of Xenical occur, it is recommended

that the individual be observed for 24 hours. Systemic effects attributable to the lipase-inhibiting properties of orlistat should be rapidly reversible.

Anabol is an orally applicable steroid with a great effect on the protein metabolism. The effect of Anabol promotes the protein synthesis, thus it supports the buildup of protein. This effect manifests itself in a positive nitrogen balance. Anabol has a very strong anabolic and androgenic effect.

As of the printing of Anabolics 2000 I reported no preparation that was being made in a dosage over 5mg, but just two years later we now have several preparations carrying l0mg, and one

weighing in with an incredible 25mg per tablet. That equates to 5 normal Anabol tablets worth of steroid, which I think is clearly indicative of a new trend in steroid manufacturing. Understanding that the steroid market in many parts of the world really caters to athletes, many producers have seemingly been rushing to release newer and more shockingly high dosed products. Not only Anabol, but also versions of Testosterone cypionate, Testosterone propionate, nandrolone decanoate, nandrolone laurate, stanabol, boldenone undecylenate and anavar have been released in the past two years carrying higher dosages than ever before seen commercially.

With the extremely lucrative market for steroids at this time there is little doubt that this trend will continue.

The first time user of anadrol should begin with an intake of only one 50 mg tablet. After a one week, the daily dosage can be increased to two tablets, one tablet each in the morning and evening, taken with meals.

Nitrates are also found in illicit drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (\"poppers\"). If you are not sure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand what nitrates are, ask your doctor or pharmacist. If you take VIAGRA with any nitrate medicine or illicit drug containing

nitrates, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to an unsafe level. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke.

As with no other

doping drug, growth hormones are still surrounded by an aura of mystery. Some call it a wonder drug which causes gigantic strength and muscle gains in the shortest time. Others consider it completely useless in improving sports performance and argue that it only promotes the growth process in children with an early stunting of growth. Some are of the opinion that growth hormones in adults cause severe bone deformities in the form of overgrowth of the lowerjaw and extremities. And, generally speaking, which growth hormones should one take the human form, the synthetically manufactured version, recombined or genetically produced form and in which

dosage? All this controversy about growth hormones is so complex that the reader must have some basic information in order to understand them.

Since oxandrolone is only slightly toxic and usually shows few side effects, several athletes use it over a prolonged period of time. However Anavar should not be taken for several consecutive months, since, as with almost all oral steroids it is 1 7-alpha alkylated and thus liver toxic.

Clenbuterol works very effectively as a fat burner. It does this by slightly increasing the body temperature. The rise is not usually dramatic, a half of a degree, sometimes a little more but rarely

more than one degree. This elevation is due to the body will burn excess energy (largely from fat) and is usually not uncomfortable.

HGH itself does carry with it some of its own risks. The most predominantly discussed side effect would be acromegaly, or a noticeable thickening of the bones (notably the feet, forehead, hands, jaw and elbows). The drug can also enlarge vital organs such as the heart and kidney, and has been linked to hypoglycemia and diabetes (presumably due to its ability to induce insulin resistance). Theoretically, overuse of this hormone can bring about a number of conditions, some life threatening. Such problems however

are extremely rare. Among the many athletes using growth hormone, we have very few documented cases of a serious problem developing. When used periodically at a moderate dosage, the athlete should have little cause for worry. Of course if there are any noticeable changes in bone structure, skin texture or normal health and well being during use, HGH therapy should be completely halted.

It tells us many things. Let's start with what we want, then see where that leads us. What do we want? Bigger muscles.

More muscle cells that we will later grow with exercise and gear. A pump? Fatloss? Yeah, right. You can get a pump with a good "pump" product for a quarter of the price of IGF-1. Fatloss? Clen/Alb and T3/T4 will give it to you again at a fraction of the price of IGF-1. More muscle cells, you can ONLY get with IGF-1 (and MGF too). Nothing else will give it to you and if you are using IGF-1 for anything else, you are misusing it. More muscle cells is CLEARLY the best use for IGF-1.

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is an injectable drug available commercially in the United States as well as many other countries. Pregnyl, made by

Organon, and Profasi, made by Serono. Among athletes, HCG is used to stimulate natural testosterone production during or after a steroid cycle which has caused natural levels to be reduced, often stacked with clomid for even better results.

As of now the main source of trenbolone is from implants for cattle being converted into an injectable or transdermal compound, from powder, and of course Underground Labs. "Home brewing" powder or cattle implants seems to be the preferred method of obtaining injectable trenbolone acetate, because the user would have much more control over the potency and sterility of the drug. Trenbolone

is much more expensive than other anabolic steroids ranging from 15 U.S dollars per gram of powder or 150 U.S for a single 10 ml bottle. The cost of trenbolone should not matter, it is worth every penny.

An effective daily dose for athletes is around 15-60 mg/day. The dosage of Dianabol taken by the athlete should always be coordinated with his individual goals. Steroid novices do not need more than 15-40 mg of Dianabol per day since this dose is sufficient to achieve exceptional results over a period of 8-10 weeks. When the effect begins to slow down in this group after about eight weeks and the athlete wants to continue his treatment,

the dosage of Dianabol should not be increased but an injectable steroid such as Deca-Durabolin in a dosage of 200 mg/week or Primobolan in a dosage of 200 mg/week should be used in addition to the Dianabol dose; or he may switch to one of the two above-mentioned compounds. The use of testosterone is not recommended at this stage as the athlete should leave some free play for later. For those either impatient or more advanced, a stack of Dianabol 20-30 mg/day and Deca-Durabolin 200-400 mg/day achieves miracles.

Oxandrolone does not aromatize or convert to DHT, and has a longer half life than Dianabol - 8 hours vs. 4 hours. Thus, a moderate dose taken in the morning is largely

out of the system by night, yet supplies reasonable levels of androgen during the day and early evening.

Andropen contains 20mgs of Testosterone Acetate, 75mgs of Testosterone Cypionate, 90mgs of Testosterone Decanoate, and 40mgs each of Testosterone Propionate and Phenylpropionate in a 20ml bottle. I am very impressed with the fact that this product appears to be designed specifically for bodybuilders and athletes, and certainly if I wanted to create a long, medium, and short estered testosterone product, it would be something like this one. Also, due to that fact, I think I´d recommend shooting it EOD, or E3D or so& .giving

you a very decent and relatively stable level of hormone in your body. A few years back, I made a testosterone blend for my own use out of powders, which was essentially a five estered testosterone (the same esters as Sust + 100mgs of test with the Cypionate ester per milliliter). Anyway, now it seems that every Underground Lab is involved with this type of thing. It´s not uncommon to see a price list with several "custom blends" or "house blends" of various estered testosterone´s (or sometimes Trenbolones, or whatever).

Testosterone gel may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms

are severe or do not go away: breast enlargement and/or pain, decreased sexual desire, acne, hair loss, hot flushes, depression, mood changes, nervousness, headache, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, teary eyes, changes in ability to smell or taste.

Low G.I. foods are those measuring less than 50 on a scale of 1-100. Moderate G.I. foods are those with a reading of 50-70 and high G.I. foods are those measuring 71 or greater on this scale. Pure glucose has a G.I. of 100.

A steroid novice can expect to gain about 20 pounds within a couple of months by using only 250 mg of Sustanon a week. More advanced athletes will

obviously need higher dosages to obtain the desired effect. Sustanon is a fairly safe steroid, but in high dosages, some athletes may experience side effects due to an elevated estrogen level. With dosages exceeding 1000 mg a week, it is probably wise to use an antiestrogen such as Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) or Proviron (mesterolone). The use of Sustanon will suppress natural testosterone production, so the use of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) or Clomid (clomiphene citrate) may be appropriate at the end of a cycle. Sustanon 250 is a good base steroid to use in a stack. Athletes interested in rapid size and strength gains find that

Sustanon stacks extremely well with orals such as Anadrol® (oxymetholone) and Dianabol (methandrostenlone). On the other hand, Sustanon also stacks well with Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate), Masteron (drostanolone propionate), and Winstrol (stanozolol) for athletes seeking the hard, ripped look. Sustanon 250 is quite abundant on the US black market.

Structurally Winstrol (stanozolol) is not capable of converting into estrogen. Likewise an antiestrogen is not necessary when using this steroid, gynecomastia not being a concern even among sensitive individuals. Since estrogen is also the culprit with water retention,

instead of bulk Winstrol produces a lean, quality look to the physique with no fear of excess subcutaneous fluid retention. This makes Winstrol a favorable steroid to use during cutting cycles, when water and fat retention are a major concern.

Tadalafil is a potent and selective inhibitor of cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. The molecular structure of tadalafil is similar to that of cGMP and acts as a competitive binding agent of PDE5 in the corpus cavernosum, resulting in more cGMP and better erections. Without sexual stimulation, and therefore lack of

activation of the NO/cGMP system, tadalafil should not cause an erection. Other drugs that operate by the same mechanism include sildenafil (Viagra®) and vardenafil (Levitra®).

Finasteride that is a specific inhibitor of 5a-reductase. Proscar is the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT (dihydrotestosterone). The substance can efficiently reduce the serum concentration of DHT, therefore Proscar minimizes the unwanted androgenic effects that result from its presence. The effect of finasteride is quite rapid, suppressing serum DHT concentrations as much as 65% within 24 hours after taking a single 1mg tablet. Medically,

Finasteride has been marketed to treat two specific conditions. The first release of Finasteride in the U.S. was under the brand name of Proscar. It was made for use by patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (prostate enlargement). More recently (December 1997), Finasteride was approved for use as an anti-balding medication. We now have the additional brand name Propecia. Propecia is the same drug but the tablet contains only 115 of the Proscar dosage. Scientists have long believed that DHT was the main culprit in many cases of male hair loss (along with genetic factors), so there was little doubt after the release of Proscar that Finasteride

would eventually be used for this purpose. It has provided what many feel is a breakthrough for men with hair-loss problems.

Proviron© is the Schering brand name for the oral androgen mesterolone (1 methyl-dihydrotestosterone). Just as with DHT, the activity of this steroid is that of a strong androgen which does not aromatize into estrogen. In clinical situations Proviron© is generally used to treat various types of sexual dysfunction, which often result from a low endogenous testosterone level. It can usually reverse problems of sexual disinterest and impotency, and is sometimes used to increase the sperm count. The drug does

not stimulate the body to produce testosterone, but is simply an oral androgen substitute that is used to compensate for a lack of the natural male androgen.

Primobolan is a well-known and popular steroid as well. Like nandrolone it's most often used as a base compound for stacking with other steroids. Methenolone however, is a DHT-based steroid (actually, DHB or dihydroboldenone, the 5-alpha reduced of the milder boldenon). Meaning when it interacts with the aromatase enzyme it does not form estrogens at all. That makes it ideal for use when cutting when excess estrogen is best avoided because of its retentive effects on water and fat.

Methenolone is mostly only used in such instances, or by people who are very succeptible to estrogenic side-effects, because the anabolic activity of methenolone is slightly lower than that of nandrolone, quite likely BECAUSE it is non-estrogenic.

It is also important to remember that the use of an injectable testosterone will quickly suppress endogenous testosterone production. It may therefore be good advice to use a testosterone stimulating drug like HCG and/or Clomid/Nolvadex at the conclusion of a cycle. This should help the user avoid a strong "crash" due to hormonal imbalance, which can strip away much of the new muscle mass

and strength. This is no doubt the reason why many athletes claim to be very disappointed with the final result of steroid use, as there is often only a slight permanent gain if anabolics are discontinued incorrectly. In this "stepping down" procedure the user is attempting to turn the watery bulk of a strong testosterone into the more solid muscularity we see with nandrolone preparations. In many instances this practice proves to be very effective.
