This was especially important for athletes' appearances at guest performances, seminars and photo sessions. Today Clenbuterol is usually taken over the entire year since possible virilization symp-toms cannot occur which is not yet the case with Provironum. Like other benzodiazepines (such as Valium, Librium and Xanax), Rohypnol's effects include sedation, muscle relaxation, reduction in anxiety, and prevention of convulsions. However, Rohypnol's sedative effects are approximately 7 to 10 times stronger than Valium. Exemestane, or Aromasin, is another anti-aromatase similar to Femara and Arimidex. There are slight differences in the modes of action by each anti-aromatase, but Aromasin is thought to be slightly better than Arimidex and Femara by minimizing the negative lipid profile commonly associated with Arimidex and Femara, and by not having a rebound effect with estrogen that is sometimes associated with Femara.
