The use of all drugs carries some risk along with potential or perceived benefits, whether used for legitimate medical reasons or for other purposes. Insulin carries some risk even when used by an insulin dependent diabetic, as demonstrated by the observation that some diabetics run into difficulties with their treatment from time to time and often require assistance to restabilize their medical condition and insulin requirements. If used by a healthy non diabetic person in whom there is no natural deficiency in insulin production or reduced insulin sensitivity and in the absence of medical advice and monitoring,

the risks may be substantially increased.

By itself, it does not lead to huge muscle gains, but rather lower weight but quality gains. In combination it can be very effective at good solid muscle gains. Users enjoy an increased strength without the associated increase in weight.

Male athletes also find Clomid interesting. In men using Clomid, the elevation in both follicle stimulating hormone and (primarily) luteinizing hormone will cause natural testosterone production to increase. This effect is especially beneficial to the athlete at the conclusion of a steroid cycle when endogenous testosterone

levels are depressed. If endogenous testosterone levels are not brought beck to normal, a dramatic loss in size and strength is likely to occur once the anabolics have been removed. Clomid can play a crucial role in preventing this crash in athletic performance.

Insomnia - Second in frequency of reports to sweating and discomfort is insomnia; this may be at least partially attributed to discomfort. Possible means of countering this include such supplements as Valerian root or melatonin. Alternatively, one may deal with this via prescription or OTC sleep medications or GHB-A precursors. However, these may be

addictive if used on a regular basis and if their use may be avoided, by all means abstain from using them.

Dianabol has always been one of the most popular anabolic steroids available. Dianabol's popularity stems from it's almost immediate and very strong anabolic effects. 4-5 tablets a day is enough to give almost anybody dramatic results. It is usually stacked with deca durabolin and testosterone enanthate. Along with strong anabolic effects comes the usual androgen side effects, users often report an overall sense of well being. Dianabol is a strong anabolic and androgenic product. It most often produced

dramatic gains in size and strength. Dianabol was also shown to increase endurance and glycogen retention.

Since testosterone is the primary male androgen, we should also expect to see pronounced androgenic side effects with this drug. Much intensity is related to the rate in which the body converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This, as you know, is the devious metabolite responsible for the high prominence of androgenic side effects associated with testosterone use. This includes the development of oily skin, acne, body/facial hair growth and male pattern balding. Those worried that they may have

a genetic predisposition toward male pattern baldness may wish to avoid testosterone altogether. Others opt to add the ancillary drug Propecia? which is a relatively new compound that prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. This can greatly reduce the chance for running into a hair loss problem, and will probably lower the intensity of other androgenic side effects.

Nolvadex works against this by blocking the estrogen receptors of the effected body tissue, thereby inhibiting a bonding of estrogens and receptor. Nolvadex does not prevent testosterone and its synthetic derivatives from

converting into estrogens, though, but only fights with them in a sort of "competition" for the estrogen receptors. After the discontinuance of Nolvadex a "rebound effect" can therefore occur where the suddenly freed estrogen receptors are able to absorb the estrogen present in the blood. For this reason the combined intake of Proviron. is suggested.

DHT Conversion: It is a derivative of DHT

HCG is not a steroid but it is widely used in athletics today. HCG Prengyl is a natural protein

hormone secreted by the human placenta and purified form the urine of pregnant women. This hormone is not a natural male hormone but mimics the natural hormone LH (Luetinising Hormone) almost identically. This LH stimulates the production of testosterone by the testis in males. Thus HCG sends the same message and results in increased testosterone production by the testis due to its effect on the leydig cells of the testis.

Testosterone enanthate is currently the most popular ester of testosterone available to athletes. Unlike cypionate, enanthate is manufactured by various companies all over the world. Ampules

of Testoviron from Schering are probably the most popular although many others exist. Enanthate is a long acting testosterone similar to cypionate. Injections are taken once weekly. It remains the number one product for serious growth, every serious bodybuilder took it at least once usualy it is stacked with deca durabolin and dianabol.Testosterone Enanthate has very strong anabolic effects as well as strong androgenic side effects. Being an injectable testosterone, liver values are generally not elevated much by this product.

Clomid at recommended dosages, is generally well tolerated. Adverse reactions usually

have been mild and transient and most have disappeared promptly after treatment has been discontinued.

Propecia comes as a tablet, containing 1 mg finasteride, to take by mouth.

Elderly patients over 65 years old may have a stronger reaction to this medicine and need smaller doses.

Most athletes inject Parabolan at least twice a week; some bodybuilders inject 1-2 ampules per day during the last three to four weeks be-fore a competition. Normally a

dosage of 228 mg/week is used, corresponding to a weekly amount of three ampules. It is our experience that good results can be achieved by injecting a 76 mg ampule every 2-3 days. Parabolan combined with Winstrol Depot works especially well and gives the athlete a distinct gain in solid and high quality muscles together with an enormous strength gain. A very effective stack is 76 mg Parabolan every 2 days combined with 50 mg Winstrol every 2 days. Athletes who are interested in a fast mass gain often also use 30 mg Dianabol/day while those who are more interested in quality and strength like to add 25 mg+ Oxandrolone/

day. Probably the most effective Parabolan combination consists of 228 mg Parabolan/week, 200 mg Winstrol Depot/week, and 40-50 mg Oral-Turinabol/day and usually results in a drastic gain in high quality muscle mass together with a gigantic strength gain. Parabolan also seems to bring extraordinarily good results when used in combination with growth hormones.

Anavar (Oxandrolone)

This is an esterified form of the base steroid testosterone, much like enanthate, cypionate and sustanon 250. It's a superlipophillic, oil-based injectable that slows the release of the steroid into the blood stream.

Most athletes, however, use HCG at the end of a treatment in order to avoid a crash, to achieve the best possible transition into natural training. A precondition is that the steroid intake or dosage be reduced slowly and evenly before taking HCG. Although HCG causes a quick and significant increase of the endogenic plasma- testosterone level, unfortunately it is not a perfect remedy to prevent the loss of strength and mass at the end of a steroid treatment. Although HCG does stimulate endogenous testosterone production, it does not help in reestablishing the normal hypothalamic/pituitary testicular axis. The hypothalamus

and pituitary are still in a refractory state after prolonged steroid usage, and remain this way while HCG is being used, because the endogenous testosterone produced as a-result of the exogenous HCG represses the endogenous LH production. Once the HCG is discontinued, the athlete must still go through a readjustment period. This is merely delayed by the HCG use. For this reason experienced athletes often take Clomid and Clenbuterol following HCG intake or they immediately begin another steroid treatment. Some take HCG merely to get off the steroids for at least two to three weeks.

With the proper

administration of ancillary drugs, much of the new muscle mass can be retained for a long time after the steroid cycle has been stopped. Those who rely solely on a fancy tapering-off schedule to accomplish this are likely to be disappointed. Although a common practice, this is really not an effective way to restore the hormonal balance.

CKD's - These are extremely impractical while on a cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD), and are especially dangerous. This brings up blood glucose considerations; it is important to try to maintain relatively stable, or at least not severely depressed, blood glucose

levels. If this guideline is not followed, the user may experience blurred vision and/or extreme fatigue possibly augmented by fainting or lightheadedness.

If overdose of dianabol is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Male athletes also find Clomid interesting. Should a significant overdose of Xenical occur, it is recommended that the individual be observed for 24 hours. Systemic effects attributable to the lipase-inhibiting properties of orlistat should be rapidly reversible.

Possible side effects of clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor, headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, possible

muscle spasms, increased blood pressure and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the intake of clenbuterol.

Each 10ml multidose vial contains 150mg per ml of dromastolone enanthate and 50mg of dromastolone propionate. Flip-off tops are gray-coloured and have Mastabol Depot stamped on them.

The common use is similar to that of Nandrolone. 300-400 mg a week, in conjunction with other steroids mostly. Some attempt to make up for the lack of potency switching from nandrolone or boldenone to methenolone by using higher

doses, in the neighbourhood of 600-800 mg a week. At that point I feel it would be cheaper to opt for boldenone at 300-400 mg a week though. Methenolone makes a poor stacking partner in mass stacks as both Deca and EQ provide better results while they are qualitatively similar. There is a slight merit in stacking Methenolone with boldenone, because apart from its 1-methyl group, methenolone is basically DHB, the 5-alpha-reduced form of boldenone. But since boldenone itself has very low affinity for 5-alpha-reduction, it should have a good synergistic effect stacking the two at 300 mg/week each.

The optimal

dose for this purpose lies between 200 and 600 mg/week. Scientific research has shown that best results can be obtained by the intake of 2 mg/pound body weight. Those who take a dose of less than 200 mg/week will usually feel only a very light anabolic effect which, however, increases with a higher dosage. The anabolic and consequent buildup effect of deca, up to a certain degree, depends on the dosage. In the range of approx. 200 to 600 mg/week, the anabolic effect increases almost proportionately to the dosage increase. If more than 600 mg/week are administered, the relationship of the positive to the negative effects

shifts in favor of the latter. In addition, at a dosage level above 600 mg/week, the anabolic effect no longer increases proportionately to the dosage increase, so that 1000 mg/week do not guarantee significantly better results than 600 mg/week. Most male athletes experience good results by taking 400 mg/week. Steroid novices usually need only 200 mg/week. Deca Durabolin works very well for muscle buildup when combined with Dianabol (D-bol) and Testoviron Depot. The famous Dianabol (D-bol)/Deca stack results in a a fast and strong gain in muscle mass. Most athletes usually take 15-40 mg Dianabol (D-bol)/day and 200-400

mg Deca/week. Even faster results can be achieved with 400 mg Deca/week and 500 mg Sustanon/week. Athletes report an enormous gain in strength and muscle mass when taking 400 mg Deca/week, 500 mg Sustanon/week, and 30 mg Dianabol (D-bol)/day.

Therefore this AAS is somewhat deactivated in the skin, scalp, and prostate, and these tissues experience an effectively-lower androgen level than the rest of the body. Therefore,

for the same amount of activity as another drug at the androgen receptors (ARs) in muscle tissue, Deca gives less activity in the scalp, skin, and prostate. Thus, it is the best choice for those particularly concerned with these things.

The difference between rhIGF-1 and Long R3 is that the Long R3 does not get bound by binding protein and thus is 100% active whereas you do lose a great % of whatever amount of rhIGF-1 you inject to IGFBP3.

Since Trenabol Depot does not cause water and salt retention the blood pressure rarely rises. Similar to Finaject, many athletes show an aggressive attitude which is attributed to the distinct androgenic effect. It is interesting

that acne and hair loss only occur rarely which might be due to the fact that the substance is not converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Some athletes report nausea, headaches, and loss of appetite when they inject more than one ampule (76 mg) per week. Side effects that may occur while taking this medicine include headache, flushing, stomach upset, heartburn, nasal stuffiness, diarrhea, dizziness, or lightheadedness. Vision changes such as increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision, or impaired blue/green color discrimination may also

occur. If these continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

Concurrent use of isoniazid, INH and diazepam can increase serum concentrations of diazepam due to alterations in the half-life and clearance of diazepam. Although patient response to diazepam has not been reported, patients should be observed for signs

of altered diazepam effects if isoniazid therapy is initiated or discontinued.

Anadrol 50 is the U.S. brand name for oxymetholone, a very potent oral androgen. This compound was first made available in 1960, by the international drug firm Syntex. Since oxymetholone is quite reliable in its ability to increase red blood cell production (and effect admittedly characteristic of nearly all anabolic/androgenic steroids), it showed particular promise in treating cases of severe anemia. For this purpose it turned out to be well suited, and was popular for quite some time. But recent years have brought fourth

a number of new treatments, most notably the non-steroidal hormone Epogen (erythropoietin). This item is shown to have a much more direct effect on the red blood cell count, without the side effects of a strong androgen. Financial disinterest finally prompted Syntex to halt production of the U.S. Anadrol 50 in 1993, which was around the same time they decided to drop this item in a number of foreign countries. Plenastril from Switzerland and Austria was dropped; following soon was Oxitosona from Spain. Many Athletes feared Anadrol 50 might be on the way out for good. But new HIV/AIDS studies have shown a new light on

oxymetholone. These studies are finding (big surprise) exceptional anti-wasting properties to the compound and believe it can be used safely in many such cases. Interest has been peaked, and as of 1998 Anadrol 50 is again being sold in the United States. This time we see the same Anadrol 50 brand name, but the manufacturer is the drug firm Unimed. Syntex continues to market & license this drug in a number of countries however (under a few different brand names).

Higher dosages should not be taken for periods longer than two to three weeks. Any use of anadrol should not exceed six weeks. After discontinuing anadrol, it is important to continue steroid treatment with another compound since, otherwise, a drastic reduction of muscle mass and strength takes place.

Testosterone suspension is an injectable preparation containing unesterfied testosterone in a water base. Among athletes, testosterone suspension has a reputation of

being an extremely potent injectable, often ranked highest among the testosterones. Very fast acting, testosterone suspension will sustain elevated testosterone levels for only 2-3 days. Athletes will most commonly inject "suspension" daily, at a dosage of 50-100 mg. Although this drug requires frequent injections, it will pass through a needle as fine as a 27 gague insulin. This allows users to hit smaller muscles such as delts for injections. Although this drug is very effective for building muscle mass, its side effects are also very extreme. The testosterone in this compound will convert to estrogen very

quickly, and has a reputation of being the worst testosterone to use when wishing to avoid water bloat. Gynocomastia is also seen very quickly with this drug, and quite often cannot be used without an anti-estrogen. Blood pressure and kidney functions should also be looked at during heavy use. Suspension is not a common drug outside the U.S. and Canada, so with the disappearing "real" American versions, availability has become very scarce. There are currently many fakes being circulated, with real products seen only rarely. Since this is a water based injectable, I would be very wary of using a counterfeit. It

is more likely bacteria would be a problem with water based products and if the fake was not made to laboratory standards (most are not) your health could be at risk.

Users find the metabolic boosting effects of tiratricol exceptional for burning off excess body fat. Even without extreme dieting it can lower subcutaneous fat stores, bringing about a harder, more defined look as muscle features become more visible. Without the use of thyroid hormones, the user may need to diet much more to achieve this result. This is often done at the expense of muscle tissue, as it is difficult to retain this while the proper

nutrients are being restricted.

For athletes over forty this combination is also of interest. Those working out for competitions and wanting to avoid injections on a regular basis can substitute Testosterone propionate with Restandol (Andriol).

As touched on previously, getting the right dosage of DNP is rather easy to do although the importance of proper dosage cannot be overstated. It is far better

for one to err on the side of too little rather than too much, certainly in the case of the novice who does not know if they are allergic to the substance. As stated before, the commonly used dosage by bodybuilders and other reasonably lean persons is 3-5mg/kg of bodyweight. This would mean that a 100-kilogram bodybuilder would use anywhere from 300-500mg per day. Experienced users commonly are found using up to 800mg/day relatively safely, and beginners sometimes find that they enjoy 3-5 pounds of fat loss per week with as little as 200mg/day. Dosing is highly individualized and most generalizations tend to collapse

quite quickly; as a result, none will be attempted. Start on the low end of the scale and see how you react. It is not recommended to take more than 300mg at any one time; a larger man taking 600mg per day should divide the dose into a 5:00PM portion and another portion taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Someone taking 300mg/day could easily take one dose in the evening. The typical cycling program is to do 7 or 8 days on, followed by 7 or 8 off; this should not decrease thyroid output dramatically and makes use of T3 (triiodothyronine, brand name Cytomel) unnecessary in most cases. T4-T3 conversion does decrease

dramatically in the liver due to excessive heat; this begins within 24 hours of the first dose. However, there is usually adequate active thyroid hormone to make it through 8 days of using it while maintaining elevated body temperature. After approximately 3-5 days, the user may find themselves with a waking temperature that is no longer elevated, even though they are still using DNP. This is due to the decrease in T3 and may signal the necessity of either the use of exogenous T3 in subsequent cycles or shorter cycles of the drug. In addition, the schedule given works nicely because the user is able to enjoy the anabolic

rebound effect on a relatively regular basis. Also, longer cycles might leave the muscle fibers in a state of relative dehydration and "starved" of ATP for too long; both of these readily contribute to catabolism.

Possible side effects

Since methandriol is a c17 alpha alkylated compound, liver toxicity can be a concern. The injectable dipropionate does offer us less toxicity however, as your liver will not have to process the entire dosage at once during the firs pass. It is therefore the preferred form of administration

among bodybuilders, on those rare instances that botl might be available. Of course the possibility of liver damage cannot be excluded with the injectable though. It is also interesting to note that once the esters have been removed, we see that structurally methandriol is just methylated form of 5-androstenediol. This is clear when we look at the chemical name (methyl-androstenediol) o a methylated form of this hormone (which is of course a popular pro-hormone supplement).

CytomelŽ is the popularly recognized brand name for the drug liothyronine sodium. This is not an anabolic steroid but a thyroid

hormone. It is used medically to treat cases of thyroid insufficiency, obesity, certain metabolic disorders and fatigue. Specifically this drug is a pharmaceutical preparation of the natural thyroid hormone triiodothyronine (T-3). When administered, CytomelŽ increases the patient's metabolism. The result is an increased rate of cellular activity (noted by a more rapid utilization of carbohydrates, fats and proteins). Bodybuilders are particularly attracted to this drug for its ability to burn off body excess fat. Most often utilized during contest preparation, one can greatly decrease the amount of stored fat without being

forced to severely restrict calories. To this end CytomelŽ is commonly used in conjunction with Clenbuterol and can produce extremely dramatic results. This combination has become very popular in recent years, no doubt responsible for many "ripped" on-stage physiques. It is also noted by many that when thyroid hormones are taken in conjunction with steroids, an increased anabolic effect can be seen (noticeably greater than if the steroids are used alone). This is likely due to faster utilization of proteins by the body, increasing the rate for new muscle accumulation.

High Blood Pressure: Dose depandant

In addition, androgenic side effects are common with this substance, and may include bouts of oily skin, acne and body/facial hair growth. Aggression may also be increased with a potent steroid such as this, so it would be wise not to let your disposition change for the worse during a cycle. With Dianabol there is also the possibility of aggravating a male pattern baldness condition. Sensitive

individuals may therefore wish to avoid this drug and opt for a milder anabolic such as Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca-DurabolinŽ). While Methandienone (Dianabol) does convert to a more potent steroid via interaction with the 5-alpha reductase anzyme (the same enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to dihydrotestosterone), it has extremely little affinity to do so in the human body's. The androgenic metabolite 5 alpha dihydromethandrostenolone is therefore produced only in trace amounts at best. The benefit received from ProscarŽ/PropeciaŽ would therefore be insignificant, the drug serving no real purpose.
