doses of testosterone 0.5 mg/day is usually sufficient and in some cases may be too much.

Stanozolol comes in 50 mg/cc, 2 mg/tab or 5mg/tab. Winstrol Depot is manufactured by Winthrop in USA and by Zambon in Europe. Winstrol depot is very popular anabolic steroid and is a derivative of DHT. It is a relatively low androgenic steroid which does not seem to aromatize. But Anabol also appears to be much more potent in terms of muscle mass compared to boldenone, supporting the notion that estrogen does play an important role in anabolism. In fact boldenone and methandrostenolone differ so much in their potencies as anabolics that the two are rarely though of as related. As a result, the use of Anabol is typically restricted to bulking phases of training while Equipoise® is considered an excellent

cutting or lean-mass building steroid.

Dinandrol is to nandrolone what Sustanon is to testosterone, well sort of. This product is an injectable anabolic steroid from the Philippines that contains a blend of one short and one long acting ester

of nandrolone. The intent, as with Sustanon, is to provide the user more of a sustained-release effect compared to that obtained with single-ester injectables. Each ml of Dinandrol contains 60mg of nandrolone decanoate and 40mg of nandrolone phenylpropionate, for a total steroid concentration of 100mg per ml (200mg per 2ml vial). Although this product lacks the propionate and isocaproate esters that would make it a true nandrolone equivalent of Sustanon, I suspect it still provides a release profile very similar to this drug. Those who go off Testosterone enanthate call turkey after several weeks of use will wonder how rapidly their body weights and former voluminous muscles will decrease. Even a slow tapering-off phase, that is reducing the dosage step by step, will

not prevent a noticeable reduction. The only options available to the athlete consist of taking testosterone-stimulating compounds (HCG, Clomid, Cyclofenil), anti-catabolic substances (Clenbuterol, Ephedrine), or the very expensive growth hormones, or of switching to milder steroids (Deca-Durabolin, Winstrol, Primobolan). Most can get massive and strong with Testosterone enanthate. However, only few are able to retain their size after discontinuing the compound. This is also one of the reasons why really good bodybuilders, powerlifters, weightlighters, and others take the "stuff" all year long.

A particularly interesting

property of testosterone is its low toxicity, exclusive of the above-mentioned side effects. Doses of two grams or four grams per week are hardly unknown in bodybuilding, and are not particularly hard on the liver. No one seems to want to take doses of any other single steroid at comparably-effective doses, and it seems that if one tried, they might be more toxic. E.g., the hepatotoxicity of Winstrol Depot resulting from its 17a -methyl group is not severe at doses of say 350 mg/week, but might well be problematic at a dose of two grams per week – though that is speculation, since no one I have heard of uses such doses

of Winstrol. Thus, at the higher dosage regimes testosterone appears to have an advantage in terms of toxicity vs. effectiveness over many of the synthetics. Masteron is a European injectable preparation containing the steroid drostanolone propionate. Drostanolone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, most specifically 2alpha-methyldihydrotestosterone. As a result, the structure

of this steroid is that of a moderate anabolic/potent androgen which does not aromatize to estrogen. Water retention and gynecomastia are therefore not a concern with this compound; as of course here estrogen is usually the culprit. Masteron may in fact exhibit antiestrogenic activity in the body, competing with other substrates for binding to aromatase. This would reduce the conversion rate of other steroids, Masteron acting in the same manner as the oral steroid Proviron®.

IGF-1 plays a crucial role in muscle regeneration. IGF-1 stimulates both proliferation and differentiation of stem cells in an autocrine-paracrine

manner, although it induces differentiation to a much greater degree. IGF-1, when injected locally, increases satellite cell activity, muscle DNA, muscle protein content, muscle weight and muscle cross sectional area. The importance of IGF-1 lies in the fact that all of its apparent functions act to induce muscle growth with or without overload although it really shines as a growth promoter when combined with physical loading of the muscle.

The common use is similar to that of Nandrolone. 300-400 mg a week, in conjunction with other steroids mostly. Some attempt to make up for the lack of potency switching from

nandrolone or boldenone to methenolone by using higher doses, in the neighbourhood of 600-800 mg a week. At that point I feel it would be cheaper to opt for boldenone at 300-400 mg a week though. Methenolone makes a poor stacking partner in mass stacks as both Deca and EQ provide better results while they are qualitatively similar. There is a slight merit in stacking Methenolone with boldenone, because apart from its 1-methyl group, methenolone is basically DHB, the 5-alpha-reduced form of boldenone. But since boldenone itself has very low affinity for 5-alpha-reduction, it should have a good synergistic effect stacking the

two at 300 mg/week each.

Methandriol Dipropionate is a injectable, strongly anabolic steroid with some androgenic properties. Although this particular ester is active for a much longer

duration, most athletes prefer to inject it on a weekly basis in order to keep blood levels more uniform.

5-10 Units of a short acting preparation may have little

or no observable impact on someone who eats a meal soon before or after but this dose could cause hypoglycemia and collapse in a person who has not consumed adequate food in close proximity to the time when the insulin begins to take effect (insulin starts to take effect within 5-10 minutes if injected by intra-muscular route and in 30-60 minutes if injected by subcutaneous route). is a synthetic, orally effective androgen which does not have any anabolic characteristics. Provironum is used in school medi-cine to case or cure disturbances caused by a deficiency of male sex hormones. Many athletes, for this reason, often use Provironum at the end of a steroid treatment in order to increase the reduced testoster-one production. This, however, is not a good idea since Provironum has no effect on the body's own testosterone production but-as men-tioned in the beginning-only reduces or completely eliminates the dysfunctions caused by the testosterone deficiency. These are, in par-ticular, impotence which

is mostly caused by an androgen deficiency that can occur after the discontinuance of steroids, and infertility which manifests itself in a reduced sperm count and a reduced sperm quality. Provironum is therefore taken during a steroid administration or after discontinuing the use of the steroids, to eliminate a possible impotency or a reduced sexual interest. This, however, does not con-tribute to the maintenance of strength and muscle mass after the treatment. There are other better suited compounds for this (see HCG, Clomid, and Teslac). For this reason Provironum is unfortunately considered by many to be a useless and

unnecessary compound.

Normally, blood glucose and blood insulin levels are not both elevated for any extended period of time as these two chemicals influence each other through a feedback system in the body. In the post-absorptive state, the blood insulin concentration tends to

decrease during exercise, allowing the blood glucose to be maintained at or above resting levels and to provide increased energy supplies (fuel) to muscle cells. Following a meal, the blood glucose and amino acid levels rise (the absorptive state) and this triggers an increase in insulin release from the pancreas, driving glucose and amino acids from the blood into cells and maintaining the blood glucose level within a certain physiological (operating) range.

Mesterolone is an orally active, 1-methylated DHT. Like Masteron, but then actually delivered in an oral fashion. DHT is the conversion product of testosterone

at the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme, the result being a hormone that is 3 to 4 times as androgenic and is structurally incapable of forming estrogen. One would imagine then that mesterolone would be a perfect drug to enhance strength and add small but completely lean gains to the frame. Unfortunately there is a control mechanism for DHT in the human body. When levels get too high, the 3alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzyme converts it to a mostly inactive compound known as 3-alpha (5-alpha-androstan-3alpha,17beta-diol), a prohormone if you will. It can equally convert back to DHT by way of the same enzyme when low levels of

DHT are detected. But it means that unless one uses ridiculously high amounts, most of what is administered is quite useless at the height of the androgen receptor in muscle tissue and thus mesterolone is not particularly suited, if at all, to promote muscle hypertrophy.
