the body weight due to high water retention, a high blood pressure and a faster heartbeat can occur, sometimes requiring the intake of an antihypertensive drug such as Catapresan. Additive intake of Nolvadex and Proviron might be necessary as well, since Dianabol strongly converts into estrogens and in some athletes causes gynecomastia ("bitch tits") or worsens an already existing condition. Because of the strongly androgenic component and the conversion into dihydrotestosterone, Dianabol, in some athletes, can trigger a serious acne vulgaris on the face, neck, chest, back, and shoulders since the sebaceous gland

function is stimulated.

It is interesting to note that Anadrol 50 does exhibit some tendency to convert to dihydrotestosterone, although this does not occur via the 5-alpha reductase enzyme (responsible for altering testosterone to form DHT) as it is already a dihydrotestosterone based steroid. Aside from the added c-17 alpha alkylation, oxymetholone differs from DHT only by the addition of a 2-hydroxymethylene group. This grouping can be removed metabolically however, reducing oxymetholone to the potent androgen l7alpha-methyl dihydrotestosterone (mesterolone; methyldihydrotestosterone). There is little

doubt that this biotransformation contributes at least at some level to the androgenic nature of this steroid, especially when we note that in its initial state Anadrol 50 has a notably low binding affinity for the androgen receptor. So although we have the option of using the reductase inhibitor finasteride (Proscar) to reduce the androgenic nature of testosterone, it would be of no benefit with Anadrol 50 as this enzyme is not involved.

Parabolan is not a steroid suitable for year-round treatment since it is quite toxic. The duration of intake should be limited to a maxi-mum of 8 weeks. It has been proven that Parabolan, above all, puts stress on the kidneys, rather than the liver. Athletes who have taken it in high dosages over several weeks often report an unusually dark colored urine. In extreme cases blood can be excreted through the urine, a clear sign of kidney damage. Those who use Parabolan should drink an additional gallon of fluid daily since it helps flush the kidneys. Since Parabolan does not cause water and salt retention the blood pressure

rarely rises. Similar to Finaject, many athletes show an aggressive attitude which is attributed to the distinct androgenic effect. It is interesting that acne and hair loss only occur rarely which might be due to the fact that the substance is not converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Some athletes report nausea, headaches, and loss of appetite when they inject more than one ampule (76 mg) per week. Since Parabolan considerably reduces the endogenic testosterone production, the use of testosterone-stimu-lating compounds at the end of intake is suggested. In older athletes there is an increased risk that Parabolan

could induce growth of the male prostate gland. We recommend that male bodybuilders, during and after a treatment with Parabolan, have their physician check their prostate to be sure it is still small in size.

Although it does not turn out to be 100% effective for everyone, it does seem to exhibit some level of effectiveness for the majority. It works so well for some bodybuilders they can take drugs like Anadrol right up to a contest as long as they stack it with Nolvadex. It would seem wise to take this drug in conjunction

with any steroid cycle. Most reported a dosage of 10 mg to 20 mg daily got the job done. Availability of Nolvadex has been fair on the black market.

Day 1: 20 mcg

Aromatization: Low, converts to less active norestrogens

Particular properties of testosterone that are of note include that it converts enzymatically both to DHT and to estradiol (estrogen). While with normal levels of testosterone these conversions are in fact desirable, with supraphysiological levels caused by drug adminstration they can be undesirable. DHT is at least three times more potent (effective per milligram) than testosterone

at the androgen receptor (AR): therefore, in those tissues which convert testosterone to DHT, there is effectively three times as much androgen as elsewhere in the body. Thus, whatever level of androgen is experienced by the muscle tissue is multiplied threefold or more in the skin and in the prostate. This can be excessive. Proscar could be used to keep DHT levels more or less normalized despite heavy testosterone use, however.

Testoviron Enanthate: 250 mg/ml 1 cc/amp. Testoviron depot is a long acting injectable testosterone that is widely used amongst athletes. It is currently the most popular testosterone ester available to athletes. Unlike cypionate, enanthate is manufactured by various companies all over the world. Ampules of Testoviron depot from Schering are probably the most popular although many others exist. Enanthate

is a long acting testosterone similar to cypionate. Injections of Testoviron depot are taken once weekly, with a dosage of 200-600mg being most common for athletes. It has very strong anabolic effects as well as strong androgenic side effects. Gynocomastia and water retention are the most common side effects and should be watched for. Being an injectable testosterone, liver values are generally not elevated much by this product. It only needs to be administered once every 7 days as opposed to cypionate's weekly injections. This yields greater convenience and cost effectiveness. Effective dosages of Testoviron depot range

from 1 to 3 ccs every 10 days.

Chronic use of Rohypnol can result in physical dependence and the appearance of withdrawal syndrome when the drug is discontinued. Rohypnol impairs cognitive and psychomotor functions affecting reaction time and driving skill. The use of this drug in combination with alcohol is a particular concern as both substances potentiate each other's toxicity.

Now here´s some interesting stuff for anyone interested primarily in the fat loss properties of this stuff: Bonavar may be what we´d call a "fat-burning steroid". Abdominal and visceral fat were

both reduced in one study when subjects in the low/normal natural testosterone range used Bonavar. In another study, appendicular, total, and trunk fat were all reduced with a relatively small dose of 20mgs/day, and no exercise. In addition, weight gained with ´var may be nearly permanent too. It might not be much, but you´ll stand a good chance of keeping most of it. In one study, subjects maintained their weight (re)gains from Bonavar for at least 6 months after cessation! Concomitantly, in another study, Twelve weeks after discontinuing oxandrolone, 83% of the reductions in total, trunk, and extremity

fat were also sustained! If you´re regaining weight, Bonavar will give you nearly permanent gains, and if you are trying to lose fat (and you keep your diet in check), the fat lost with Bonavar is basically looks to be nearly permanent. Check this chart out.

Use of Xenical should not continue beyond 1 year and never beyond 2 years.

Nowhere can this much money be made except by faking STH. Who has ever held original growth hormones in his hand and known how they should look?

Winstrol: Stanazolol-orals

Diazepam has reportedly decreased the elimination of digoxin in some patients. Digoxin toxicity has occurred in a patient receiving alprazolam and digoxin. The interaction between benzodiazepines and digoxin may be the result of increased protein binding of digoxin and/or an effect of benzodiazepines

at the renal tubules, which decreases the elimination of digoxin. Pending further clarification of this interaction, patients receiving a benzodiazepine and digoxin concurrently should be monitored for increased serum digoxin levels.

Its effectiveness at the androgen receptor of muscle tissue is superior to that of testosterone: it binds better.it gives only about half the muscle-building results per milligram. This is a result of its being less effective or entirely ineffective in non-AR-mediated mechanisms for muscle growth.

Weight-loss induction by Xenical may be accompanied by improved metabolic

control in diabetics, which might require a reduction in dose of oral hypoglycemic medication or insulin.

An athlete weighing 200 pounds would take only 4 tablets of 5 mg (20mg/day.) In our experience bodybuilders take 8-10 tablets of 5 mg, that is 40-50 mg/day. Many enthusiastically report good results with this dosage:

one builds a solid muscle mass, the strength gain is worthwhile seeing, the water retention is very low, and the estrogen caused side effects are rare. Not without good reason Oral Turanabol is also popular among powerlifters and weightlifters who appreciate these characteristics.

Primobolan Depot, although with a weaker effect than Deca Durabolin, is a good basic steroid with a predominantly anabolic effect and, depending on the goal, can be effectively combined with almost any steroids.

 - If you have very high blood fats (cholesterol or triglycerides).

Effective Dose: 1-2 mg/day.

Oxandrolone is one of the few steroids, which does not cause an early stunting of growth in children since it does not prematurely close the epiphysial growth plates. For this reason oxandrolone is mostly used in children to stimulate growth and in women to prevent osteoporosis. In obese individuals, oral oxandrolone has been shown to decrease subcutaneous abdominal fat more than testosterone enanthate or weight loss alone, and it also tended to produce favorable changes in visceral fat.

Primobolan depot may be taken by both Men and Women. Dosages for men are 100-300 mg/week, Women 1/2 dosage. Primobolan

depot is the only steroid that works well on a low calorie diet. Effective for bulking, but tends to harden and add muscle tone more that build big muscles.

Be aware that the risk of hypoglycemia occurs not at the time of insulin injection but rather, when the insulin starts to take effect. The risk will be greatest when your insulin blood level nears or reaches its highest level, usually 30-60 minutes afterwards if a short acting insulin preparation is used (by subcutaneous injection) and up to 20 hours later if a long acting insulin is used.

Is an injectable preparation containing unesterfied testosterone

in a water base. Among athletes, testosterone suspension has a reputation of being an extremely potent injectable, often ranked highest among the testosterones. Very fast acting, testosterone suspension will sustain elevated testosterone levels for only 2-3 days. Athletes will most commonly inject "suspension" daily, at a dosage of 50-100 mg. Although this drug requires frequent injections, it will pass through a needle as fine as a 27 gague insulin. This allows users to hit smaller muscles such as delts for injections. Although this drug is very effective for building muscle mass, its side effects

are also very extreme. The testosterone in this compound will convert to estrogen very quickly, and has a reputation of being the worst testosterone to use when wishing to avoid water bloat. Gynocomastia is also seen very quickly with this drug, and quite often cannot be used without an anti-estrogen. Blood pressure and kidney functions should also be looked at during heavy use. Suspension is not a common drug outside the U.S. and Canada, so with the disappearing "real" American versions, availability has become very scarce. There are currently many fakes being circulated, with real products seen only rarely.

Since this is a water based injectable, I would be very wary of using a counterfeit. It is more likely bacteria would be a problem with water based products and if the fake was not made to laboratory standards (most are not) your health could be at risk.

Tissue repair

The problem, however, is that the liver is only capable of producing a limited amount of these substances so that the effect is limited. If growth hormones are injected they only stimulate the liver to produce and release these substances and thus, as already mentioned, have no direct effect. The use of these STH somatotropic hormone

compounds offers the athlete three performance-enhancing effects.

In order to achieve a visible fat-reducing effect most athletes must usually take 10-14 tablets/day. Generally, two 0.35 mg tablets are taken on the first day of intake and with two tablets added each successive day until 10-14 tablets/day are taken. The half-life time of tiratricol is 5-7 hours, so Triacana is usually taken 3-4 times daily. This guarantees a constant quantity of the sub-stance in the blood and thus a continued effect. Many athletes, in the meantime, are combining Triacana with Clenbuterol or Ephedrine and report considerably

better fat breakdown than when Triacana alone is taken. Among competing female bodybuilders and participants at the Miss Fitness pageant, in particular, the simultaneous administration of 8-10 Triacana tablets/day and 80-100 mcg Clenbuterol/day is a favorite. A series of bodybuilders use Triacana in combination with growth hormones in order to meet the body's increased thyroid hormone need during STH treatment (see chapter "Growth Hormones"). The theoretical approach seems to be correct but Triacana is not an "ideal" thyroid hormone drug. The preparation Thyreocomb from the German Berlin-Chemie

Company taken with a combination of the iodiferous L-T3 and L-T4 thyroid hormones would be more suit-able.

One needs to be familiar with a host of other compounds when using long-acting testosterone esters however. First of all, anti-estrogens. The rate of aromatization of testosterone is quite great, so water retention and fat gain are a fact and gyno is never far off. If problems occur one is best to start on 20 mg of Nolvadex per day and stay on that until problems subside. I wouldn't stay on it for a whole cycle, as it may reduce the gains. In terms of an aromatase blocker, testosterone is one of the few

compounds where Proviron may actually be preferred over arimidex. The proviron will not only reduce estrogen and can be used for extended time on a testosterone cycle, it will also bind with great affinity to sex-hormone binding proteins in the blood and will allow for a higher level of free testosterone in the body, thus improving gains. Usually 50-100 mg will suffice, the lower end is preferred for maximal results since estrogen plays a key role in gains, but those more worried about estrogen should opt for a higher dose.

In May 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found that tadalafil (along with other

PDE5 inhibitors) could lead to vision impairment in certain patient groups, including diabetics. An investigation is currently ongoing.

Alternate your injection sites in order to minimize tissue damage ("lipoatrophy" or "lipohypertrophy";

If the person who has used insulin states that they are beginning to feel any of the following symptoms: faintness, dizziness, thirst, hunger, nausea, weakness, sweating.

Call your doctor as soon as you can if you get any of these side effects.

Always have a source of glucose

or other high G.I. food ready at hand, in case you should begin to experience the symptoms of hypoglycemia. If this does occur, you should take this glucose or food without delay. You should eat or drink 15-20 grams of carbohydrate to begin with, which is contained in ~ 2 slices of white or brown bread, two glasses of milk, a half glass of soft drink, a tablespoon of honey or six jelly beans.
