As an aromatase inhibitor, Arimidex's mechanism of action - blocking conversion of aromatizable steroids to estrogen - is in contrast to the mechanism of action of anti-estrogens such as clomiphene (Clomid) or tamoxifen (Nolvadex), which block estrogen receptors in some tissues, and activate estrogen receptors in others. During a cycle, if using Arimidex, there is generally

no need to use Clomid as well, but (as mentioned in the section on Clomid) there may still be benefits to doing so. With moderate doses of testosterone 0,5 mg/day is usually sufficient and in some cases may be too much.

Athletes are also often asking how to go about cycling 100 tablets when that is the only amount available to use. Although most strongly prefer to cycle at least 200 tablets, half this amount can be used successfully. The goal should be to intake an effective amount, but also to stretch it for as long as possible. We can do this by taking four tablets daily during the week (Monday to Friday) and abstaining on

There is little doubt that this biotransformation contributes at least at some level to the androgenic nature of this

steroid, especially when we note that in its initial state Anadrol 50 has a notably low binding affinity for the androgen receptor. Although Oxandrolone itself does not cause a noticeable muscle growth it can clearly improve the muscle-developing effect of many steroids. Deca-Durabolin , Dianabol (D-bol) and the various testosterone compounds, in particular, combine well with Oxandrolone to achieve a "mass buildup" because the strength gain caused by the intake of these highly tissue-developing and liquid-retaining substances results in an additional

muscle mass. A stack of 200 mg Deca-Durabolin/week , 500 mg Testoviron Depot/week, and 25 mg Oxandrolone/day leads to a good gain in strength and mass in most athletes. can aromatize many anabolic steroids is why the buildup of estrogens can be very serious concern. Finasteride that is a specific inhibitor of 5a-reductase. Harifin is the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT (dihydrotestosterone). Harifin can efficiently reduce the serum concentration of DHT, therefore Harifin minimizes the unwanted androgenic effects that result from its presence. Of course, as usual, prices fluctuate, but I´d recommend sticking with a reputable underground lab, rather then Organon, UpJohn, or one of the many other expensive (and often counterfeited) companies.
