Frequent injections can be painful, to a point where users will begin scouting for different locations to stick the needle. Testosterone enanthate and cypionate are long-acting esters. They require some skill with ancillary drugs and familiarity with post-cycle protocol since simple discontinuation will not put a halt to all problems. In that aspect, for those who do not master ancillaries and post-cycle therapy, propionate is perhaps a better product to star. Levels of androgens and estrogens will drop within 2-4 days of discontinuation, effectively halting or reducing any occurring side-effects. Nonetheless, this is still

a very potent testosterone with a risk of side-effects (the characteristics of testosterone do not change despite the ester, which is just a carrier) so the use of Nolvadex, Proviron, or Arimidex is highly advised.

The popularity of Proviron© amongst bodybuilders has been increasing in recent years. Many

experienced bodybuilders have in fact come to swear by it, incorporating it effectively in most markedly estrogenic cycles. Due to high demand Proviron© is now very easy to obtain on the black market. Most versions will be manufactured by Schering, and should cost about $1-$2 per 25 mg tab. In many instances this item is obtained via mail order, and here can sell for less than .50 per tab. This drug is packaged in both push-through strips and small glass vials, so do not let this alarm you. There is currently no need to worry about authenticity with this drug, as no counterfeits are known to exist. If money and availability

does not prevent it, Arimidex© is actually a much better choice than Proviron© though. This drug was designed specifically as an antiaromatase, and works much more effectively than anything else we have available. Since this item is extremely expensive however, Nolvadex© and Proviron© will no doubt remain to be the "standard" antiestrogen regimen among athletes.

Water Retention: Yes, high

Testosterone enanthate is currently the most popular ester of testosterone available to athletes. Unlike cypionate, enanthate is manufactured by various companies all over the world. Ampules of Testoviron from

Schering are probably the most popular although many others exist. Enanthate is a long acting testosterone similar to cypionate. Injections are taken once weekly. It remains the number one product for serious growth, every serious bodybuilder took it at least once usualy it is stacked with deca durabolin and dianabol.Testosterone Enanthate has very strong anabolic effects as well as strong androgenic side effects. Being an injectable testosterone, liver values are generally not elevated much by this product.

High G.I. foods, preferably in the form of liquid foods or glucose drinks of approximately 6% in concentration,

can enhance endurance during a very strenuous event lasting more than 90 minutes. ("strenuous" being defined as an athlete exercising at more than 65% of their maximum capacity). Some athletes may prefer food rather than liquid replenishment. Miller suggests glucose enriched honey sandwiches, which have a G.I. factor of 75 or jelly beans, which have a G.I. factor of 80.

The injectable version often gives more results. In similar doses there is still more breakdown upon first pass in the liver, making it difficult to get an equal amount absorbed. And on top of that it has to be mentioned that most

people simply don't take an equal amount. Too many pills, lesser availability, higher cost. Many factors play a role in that. But of course an oral is to be preferred over daily injections as that gives the necessary complications as well. Think of abscesses and lumps, the searching for new injection sites due to pain and so on. Some have solved this problem by simply drinking the Winny injections. It's the same substance, also methylated to withstand the liver, the availability and price are better and its contained in water. So there really aren't many objections to this.

The anti-estrogenic properties of Provironum© are not unique to this compound. A number of steroids have in fact demonstrated similar activity. Dihydrotestosterone

and Masteron (2methyl-dihydrotestosterone) for example have been successfully used as therapies for gynecomastia and breast cancer due to their strong anti-estrogenic effect. It has been suggested that nandrolone may even lower aromatase activity in peripheral tissues where it is more resistant to estrogen conversion (the most active site of nandrolone aromatization seems to be the liver). The antiestrogenic effect of all of these compounds is presumably caused by their ability to compete with other substrates for binding to the aromatase enzyme. (methenolone), another well tolerated orally active compound. Alkylation at the one position also slows metabolism of the steroid during the first pass, although much less profoundly than 17 alpha alkylation. For all anabolic steroids, the following should be considered; tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to anabolic steroids or androgens. Also tell your health care professional if you are allergic to any other substances, such as foods, preservatives, or dyes.

Testosterone is the most powerful compound there is, so obviously its perfectly fine to use it by itself. With a long-acting ester like Cypionate doses of 500-1000 mg per week are used with very

clear results over a 10 week period. If you've ever seen a man swell up with sheer size, then testosterone was the cause of it. But testosterone is nonetheless often stacked. Due to the high occurrence of side-effects, people will usually split up a stack in testosterone and a milder component in order to obtain a less risky cycle, but without having to give up as much of the gains. Primobolan, Equipoise and Deca-Durabolin are the weapons of choice in this matter. Deca seems to be the most popular, probably because of its extremely mild androgenic nature. But Deca being one of the highest risks for just about every other

side-effects, I probably wouldn't advise it. If Deca is used, generally a dose of 200-400 mg is added to 500-750 mg of testosterone per week.

In order to achieve a visible fat-reducing effect most athletes must usually take 10-14 tablets/day. Generally, two 0.35 mg tablets are taken on the first day of intake and with two tablets added each successive day until 10-14 tablets/day are taken. The half-life time of tiratricol is 5-7 hours, so Triacana is usually taken 3-4 times daily. This guarantees a constant quantity of the sub-stance in the blood and thus a continued effect. Many athletes, in the meantime, are combining

Triacana with Clenbuterol or Ephedrine and report considerably better fat breakdown than when Triacana alone is taken. Among competing female bodybuilders and participants at the Miss Fitness pageant, in particular, the simultaneous administration of 8-10 Triacana tablets/day and 80-100 mcg Clenbuterol/day is a favorite. A series of bodybuilders use Triacana in combination with growth hormones in order to meet the body's increased thyroid hormone need during STH treatment (see chapter "Growth Hormones"). The theoretical approach seems to be correct but Triacana is not an "ideal" thyroid hormone

drug. The preparation Thyreocomb from the German Berlin-Chemie Company taken with a combination of the iodiferous L-T3 and L-T4 thyroid hormones would be more suit-able.

Cytomel is not a steroid, but more a of a cutting aid. It's a synthetic form of the thyroid hormone tri-iodio-thyronine or T3, made up of a metabolite of the amino acid tyrosine and 3 iodine ions.

Should a significant overdose of Xenical occur, it is recommended that the individual be observed for 24 hours. Systemic effects attributable to the lipase-inhibiting

properties of orlistat should be rapidly reversible.

HGH itself does carry with it some of its own risks. The most predominantly discussed side effect would be acromegaly, or a noticeable thickening of the bones (notably the feet, forehead, hands, jaw and elbows). The drug can also enlarge vital organs such as the heart and kidney, and has been linked to hypoglycemia and diabetes (presumably due to its ability to induce insulin resistance). Theoretically, overuse of this hormone can bring about a number of conditions, some life threatening. Such problems however are extremely rare. Among the many athletes

using growth hormone, we have very few documented cases of a serious problem developing. When used periodically at a moderate dosage, the athlete should have little cause for worry. Of course if there are any noticeable changes in bone structure, skin texture or normal health and well being during use, HGH therapy should be completely halted.

Clomid tablets, containing clomiphene citrate, is a non steroidal ovulatory stimulant.

An anti-estrogen such as Nolvadex is best kept on hand, as there is little doubt that estrogenic problems will occur. Using 30-40 mg/day until well after problems have subsided is advised. Cautious individuals will opt to run proviron or arimidex, aromatase blockers, alongside testosterone suspension to prevent any estrogen from building up. While this will strongly reduce gains, testosterone suspension is still a very adequate compound. Proviron

is to be given preference as an aromatase blocker with all forms of testosterone, but those prone to androgenic side-effects such as male pattern hair loss would do wise to invest in the stronger and more expensive arimidex, since proviron can increase androgen-related side-effects.

Personally I have more affinity for testosterone enanthate, but few users will note any real difference between the two products, and both remain a better buy than their popular counterpart sustanon 250, which is a poor choice of testosterone in my opinion. It makes sense that a user simply opts for which one is most readily available

at the time. They sell for roughly the same price, and are almost equally good. So most North and South-American users will usually opt for the use of a cypionate, as it is more available in those regions, whereas Europeans and Asians will probably prefer the enanthate version.

Those who use Danabolan should drink an additional gallon of fluid daily since

it helps flush the kidneys. Since Danabolan does not cause water and salt retention the blood pressure rarely rises. Similar to Finaject, many athletes show an aggressive attitude which is attributed to the distinct androgenic effect. It is interesting that acne and hair loss only occur rarely which might be due to the fact that the substance is not converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Some athletes report nausea, headaches, and loss of appetite when they inject more than one ampule (76 mg) per week. Since Danabolan considerably reduces the endogenic testosterone production, the use of testosterone-stimu-lating

compounds at the end of intake is suggested. In older athletes there is an increased risk that Danabolan could induce growth of the male prostate gland. We recommend that male bodybuilders, during and after a treatment with Danabolan, have their physician check their prostate to be sure it is still small in size.

Proviron has four distinct uses in the world of bodybuilding. The first being the result of its structure. It is 5-alpha reduced and not capable of forming estrogen, yet it nonetheless has a much higher affinity for the aromatase enzyme (which converts testosterone to estrogen) than testosterone does. That means in administering it with testosterone or another aromatizable compound, it prevents estrogen build-up because it binds to the aromatase enzyme very strongly,

thereby preventing these steroids from interacting with it and forming estrogen. So Mesterolone use has the extreme benefit of reducing estrogenic side-effects and water retention noted with other steroids, and as such still help to provide mostly lean gains. Its also been suggested that it may actually downgrade the actual estrogen receptor making it doubly effective at reducing circulating estrogen levels.

Bodybuilders find that a daily intake of 50-100 mg of clomiphene citrate over a two week period will bring endogenous testosterone production back to an acceptable level. Clomid will gradually raise testosterone

levels over its period of intake. Since an immediate boost in testosterone is often desirable, athlete will commonly use HCG (human choronic gonadotropin) for a couple of weeks, and the continue treatment with Clomid.

Although Sustanon remains active for up to a month, injections should be taken at least once a week to keep testosterone levels stable. A steroid novice can expect to gain about 20 pounds within

a couple of months by using only 500 mg of Sustanon a week. More advanced athletes will obviously need higher dosages to obtain the desired effect.

Popular steroids stacked with Masteron(Masteron 100) (drostanolone propionate) include Parabolan (trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate), Winstrol (stanozolol), and Anavar (oxandrolone). Athletes rarely experience any side effects. It is not hepatoxic, and gynecomastia should not be a concern since it does not convert into estrogen. Some possible side effects of Masteron(Masteron 100) include acne, accelerated hair loss, and increased aggression. The main disadvantage

is a very poor availability on the black market and its high price.

Effective Dose (Men): 300-2000mg+ week

To some extent, nandrolone aromatizes to estrogen, and it does not appear that this can be entirely blocked by use of aromatase inhibitors – indeed, aromatase may not be involved at all in this process (there is no evidence in humans that such occurs) with the enzyme CYP 2C11 being in my opinion the more likely candidate for this activity. In any case, Cytadren, an aromatase inhibitor, has not been found effective in avoiding aromatization of nandrolone.

Therefore, estrogen-related side effects such as fat deposition, water retention, and gynecomastia do not occur. Halotestex has powerful androgenic properties. It is particularly noted for increased strength without significant additional weight gain. Side effects

include aggression, oily skin, and virilization. Halotestex is considered to be very toxic to the liver, and thus must be used with caution and for short durations only.

Effective Dose: 1-3 tabs per day.

The blend of testosterones allows it to be recognized by the receptors for longer periods of time than other

testosterones. As with all testosterone products it has a strong anabolic activity, with a pronounced androgenic component. Thus it can provide significant gains in strength and muscle mass, as well a noticeable increase in libido. An added benefit of testosterone is relief from joint and tendon pain also athletes are able to maintain physical out put much longer due to the oxygen rich blood along wih the increase in red blood cells. Although when taken at low at dosages this product will not aromatize excessively some patient may wish to use an anti-estrogen as insurance. In this case a low dosage of Tamoxifen Citrate or

Mesterolone would be appropriate.

Effective Dose: 150-250mg per week

Most athletes inject Danabolan at least twice a week; some bodybuilders inject 1-2 ampules per day during the last three to four weeks be-fore a competition. Normally a dosage of 228 mg/week is used, corresponding to a

weekly amount of three ampules. It is our experience that good results can be achieved by injecting a 76 mg ampule every 2-3 days. Danabolan combined with Winstrol Depot works especially well and gives the athlete a distinct gain in solid and high quality muscles together with an enormous strength gain. A very effective stack is 76 mg Danabolan every 2 days combined with 50 mg Winstrol every 2 days. Athletes who are interested in a fast mass gain often also use 30 mg Dianabol/day while those who are more interested in quality and strength like to add 25 mg+ Oxandrolone/ day. Probably the most effective Danabolan combination

consists of 228 mg Danabolan/week, 200 mg Winstrol Depot/week, and 40-50 mg Oral-Turinabol/day and usually results in a drastic gain in high quality muscle mass together with a gigantic strength gain. Danabolan also seems to bring extraordinarily good results when used in combination with growth hormones.

Stanozolol, precautions

Steroid novices should not (yet) use Trenabol Depot. The same is true for women; however, there are enough female athletes who do not care since the female organism reacts to the androgenic charge and the strong anabolic effect of Trenabol Depot with distinct gains in muscles and

strength, especially from a female point of view. Thus the entire body has a harder and more athletic look. Trenabol Depot without a doubt is an enticing product for ambitious female athletes. In the end everything depends on your personal willingness to take risks, ladies. The fact is that the standards on the national and international competition scenes in female bodybuilding have achieved levels which cannot be reached without the administration of strongly androgenic steroid compounds. A combination well liked by female bodybuilders consists of 76 mg Trenabol Depot/week, 20 mg Winstrol tablets/day, and 100 mcg Clenbuterol/day

Women who do not in-ject more than one ampule of Trenabol Depot per week and who limit the period of intake to 4-5 weeks can mostly avoid or minimize virilization symptoms. Female athletes who are overdoing it or who are sensitive to the androgenic part of trenbolone hexahydrobencylcarbonate can be confronted with some unpleas-ant surprises after several weeks of use: acne, androgenically caused hair loss on the scalp, irregular menstrual cycles, missed periods, much higher libido, aggressiveness, deep voice, chtorial hypertrophy, and increased hair growth on face and on the legs. The last three side effects are

mostly irreversible changes.

Guess what? Dumb people shouldn´t use steroids at all, especially testosterone!

Bodybuilders and powerlifters, in particutar, like Oxandrolone for three reasons. First, Oxandrolone causes a strong strength gain by stimulating the phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscle cell without depositing liquid (water) in the joints and the muscles. Powerlifters and weightlifters who do not want to end up in a higher weight class take advantage of this since it allows them to get stronger without gaining body weight at the same time. The combination of Oxandrolone and 20-30 mg Holotestin

daily has proven to be very effective since the muscles also look harder. Similarly good results can be achieved by a simultaneous intake of Oxandrolone and 120-140 mcg Clenbuterol per day. Although Oxandrolone itself does not cause a noticeable muscle growth it can clearly improve the muscle-developing effect of many steroids. Deca Durabolin, Dianabol (D-bol), and the various testosterone compounds, in particular, combine well with Oxandrolone to achieve a "mass buildup" because the strength gain caused by the intake of these highly tissue-developing and liquid-retaining substances results in an additional muscle

mass. A stack of 200 mg Deca Durabolin/week, 500 mg Testoviron Depot (e.g. Testoviron Ethanate 250)/week, and 25 mg Oxandrolone/day leads to a good gain in strength and mass in most athletes. Deca Durabolin has a distinct anabolic effect and stimulates the synthesis of protein; Oxandrolone improves the strength by a higher phosphocreatine synthesis; and Testoviron Depot inereases the aggressiveness for the workout and accelerates regeneration.

This price is considerably reduced when purchasing this drug from a variety of mail-order sources. Even lower in price is the Cynomel brand in Mexico. The pharmacy price for 100 25mcg tablets is only a few U.S. dollars.

Finasteride that is a specific inhibitor of 5a-reductase. Proscar is the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into DHT (dihydrotestosterone). The substance can efficiently reduce the serum concentration of DHT, therefore Proscar minimizes the unwanted androgenic effects that result from its presence. The effect of finasteride is quite rapid, suppressing serum DHT concentrations as much as 65% within 24 hours after taking a single 1mg tablet. Medically, Finasteride has been marketed to treat two specific conditions. The first release of Finasteride in the U.S. was under the brand name of Proscar. It was made

for use by patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (prostate enlargement). More recently (December 1997), Finasteride was approved for use as an anti-balding medication. We now have the additional brand name Propecia. Propecia is the same drug but the tablet contains only 115 of the Proscar dosage. Scientists have long believed that DHT was the main culprit in many cases of male hair loss (along with genetic factors), so there was little doubt after the release of Proscar that Finasteride would eventually be used for this purpose. It has provided what many feel is a breakthrough for men with hair-loss problems.
